Split sessions for a reason
LLFPM runs two back-to-back sessions so that younger students get a pace and structure matched to their stage of development. Older students and adults work at a higher intensity without the session being shaped around younger beginners.
Children (4 - 11): Kids taekwondo at LLFPM focuses on foundational movement, listening, coordination and early belt progression. No experience expected. Children begin with basic stances and techniques and advance at their own pace.
12 & Teens: Greater physical demand, covering patterns, sparring fundamentals and self-defence. Suitable for complete beginners and students returning from other clubs.
Adults: A practical, full-body session with genuine martial arts depth. Many adults join for fitness and stay for the technical challenge.
Families: A parent can drop off a child for the earlier session, then train in the later one. Sibling and family discounts of up to 20% apply.
Getting to LLFPM
Classes are held in the first-floor hall at Lycée Libanais Francophone Privé, Al Abjar Street, District 11, Meydan.
Drop-off and collection: Classes are held in the first-floor hall above the games hall. Enter through the main gate. See the FAQ below for step-by-step directions.
Parking: Free on-street parking is available outside the school walls.
Road access: Take Exit 12 off Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66) onto Al Abjar Street. Head straight through the traffic light & the school is on the left side.
The LLFPM campus sits on Al Abjar Street in District 11, Meydan, near Kent College Dubai and just off Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66), making it a convenient choice for martial arts classes in Meydan, Nad Al Sheba, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Sobha Hartland, Ras Al Khor and the surrounding communities.

What students develop at LLFPM
Children aged 4–11 practice listening, balance and coordination through Taekwon-Do techniques and structured activities. Learning new skills and working towards belt gradings gives them opportunities to build confidence at their own pace.
For teens and adults, training combines patterns, technique, fitness and self-defence. With both age groups training at one venue, families can easily build a regular routine together.

Who teaches at LLFPM?
